an intimate space for you and your students
At North End Collective, we've created a flexible and supportive environment for movement professionals to grow, teach and thrive. Whether you're looking for employment or want to run your own intimate classes independently, we have a structure that supports both paths. We have an intimate, fully-equipped, mat room with space for up to 10 students, as well as a private reformer room to teach private sessions.
become an employee
As an employee at North End Collective, you'll be part of our in-house teaching team. This option is ideal for apprentices or certified Pilates instructors that want the consistency of employment and support with class logistics.
We handle client bookings, payment processing, and marketing so you can focus on teaching. Become an employee with North End Collective.
become a partner
As a partner, you are an independent instructor running your own business within our studio. This option is a great fit for instructors who want full control over their class offerings, pricing and schedule. You'll pay a rental fee to rent the mat or reformer room, by the hour.
If interested, you'll complete our short Partner Application, provide your own liability insurance, and agree to our studio guidelines. If accepted, we'll add your bio and scheduling link to our Partner page.
